PLANTIGA JOINS THE USABS FAMILY AS AN OFFICIAL SUPPLIER

LAKE PLACID, N.Y. (Aug 9, 2023)- USA Bobsled Skeleton (USABS) announced today its collaboration with Plantiga as an Official Supplier for the team.
Based out of Vancouver, Canada, Plantiga is a human analytics company that specializes in providing advanced movement analysis solutions. The company was founded by Quin Sandler and his father, Norman McKay, to empower movement health professionals by bringing lab-quality movement analysis out into the real world, where it matters most. Over 10 years of research has culminated in the current smart insole system, which is used by researchers, physiotherapists, strength coaches and professional sports teams all over the world to keep their patients and athletes healthy and moving their best.

Even in the off-season for USABS’ athletes, the training ever stops; spring and summer is devoted to continued strength training as well as sprint training to improve athletes’ pushes for the upcoming season. Thanks to Plantiga’s innovative and research-backed technology, they can train hard knowing they are protected from the feet up by highly specialized gear.
