    HEIGHT 5'7" WEIGHT 148 lbs.

    Marissa Gray was born in Gardner, Kan. on July 2, 1997. In high school, Gray was a four-year varsity letter winner in volleyball and track and field. Upon graduation, she accepted an athletic and academic scholarship to the University of Kansas. Currently, Gray is on the rowing team. 

    She was first introduced to the sport of skeleton after watching the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games. A few months later, Gray attended a USABS combine and was invited to participate in driving school. 


    FUN FACTS

    - She loves to bake and cook.
    - She loves to oil paint.
    - She received a scholarship to Kansas after rowing a sub eight minute two thousand meters on her first ever attempt.
