TJ Burns was recruited for bobsled by former national team coach John Philbin in 2005. During his first season, he won two gold medals and a silver medal pushing for John Napier on the America's Cup circuit.  Since then Burns has raced on the World Cup tour, pushing for drivers Holcomb, Napier, Kohn and most recently Hays.  Burns pushed with driver Todd Hays in the 4-man for the 2009 World Championships, placing 9th.

ABOUT ME:
Burns graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University in 2003 with a degree in history.  While at Mount Saint Mary's he played goalkeeper on the soccer team.  Burns loves the rush that he feels while going down the track in a bobsled.
