CORTINA, ITALY (February 14, 2026) – Women’s Skeleton concluded with the final two heats of racing this evening. Representing Team USA, Kelly Curtis placed 12th with a four-run time of 3:52.13. Mystique Ro finished in 15th with a total time of 3:52.48. Full results can be viewed here.
Tomorrow, February 15, Skeleton Mixed Team will make its Olympic debut at 6:00 p.m. CET. The pairings for USA1 and USA2 will be announced prior to the race.
Tomorrow will also mark the kickoff of Olympic bobsled racing on the Cortina track, with the first two heats of Women’s Monobob beginning at 10:00 a.m. CET and 11:50 a.m. CET. Representing Team USA will be Kaillie Armbruster Humphries, Kaysha Love, and Elana Meyers Taylor.
Armbruster Humphries, who won the first-ever Olympic gold in Monobob in 2022, will return to the ice to defend her Olympic title. The 40-year-old, who resides in San Diego, CA, has made six Olympic Games appearances, winning three Olympic gold medals and one bronze. She began her bobsled career in 2003, transitioning from ski racing, and has earned 15 World Championship medals and 75 World Cup medals.
Love, the 2025 World Champion in Women’s Monobob, will be making her second Olympic appearance and her first as a pilot. The 28-year-old Herriman, Utah native came from an athletic background in gymnastics and track and field before making the switch to bobsled in 2021. She has two World Championship medals and 17 World Cup medals entering these Games.
Meyers Taylor, who won silver in Monobob at the 2022 Games, will be competing in her fifth Olympics. The 41-year-old from Douglasville, GA was a prior softball and rugby player. She competed in her first bobsled race in 2007 and has since collected five Olympic medals, 10 World Championship medals, and 55 World Cup medals.
