The North American Cup Concludes in Lake Placid

LAKE PLACID, NY (March 27, 2026) – The final North American Cup (NAC) races of the season concluded today at Mt. Van Hoevenberg.

In 2-Man Bobsled, three teams competed for the USA:

1st place - Grady Mercer and Seth Baylus; 2-run time of 1:53.39
2nd place - Braeden Holcombe and Chapman Beaird; 2-run time of 1:55.64
3rd place - John Eldridge III and Brandon Mayes; 2-run time of 1:59.20

In Women’s Monobob, Sydney Milani placed 4th with a combined time of 2:14.61, and Sadie McMullen placed 5th with a combined time of 2:15.67.

In Men’s Skeleton, there were six USA sleds:

3rd place - Lukas Kissell; 2-run time of 1:54.85
4th place - Tyler Madl; 2-run time of 1:55.39
5th place - Jackson Kendrick; 2-run time of 1:55.44
6th place - Alex Samples; 2-run time of 1:55.53
7th place - Tony Furnells; 2-run time of 1:56.21
8th place - Andy Ciolino; 2-run time of 1:56.55

In Women’s Skeleton, four athletes competed for Team USA:

2nd place - Grace Otto; 2-run time of 1:56.54
3rd place - Liesel Baker; 2-run time of 1:57.18
4th place - Hannah Gaskins; 2-run time of 1:57.57
6th place - Laura Lindquist; 2-run time of 1:59.20

With these races, the 2025/26 IBSF sliding season officially comes to a close.
