    Isaac Fernandez was recruited into the sport of bobsled by his best friend, Nick Cunningham, who is a pilot in the U.S. program.  Fernandez participated in an FIBT driving school with Cunningham before competing in the 2010 Lake Placid America's Cup and 2011 Jr. World Championships in Park City.  Fernandez played football and ran track in high school before continuing his track career at Monterey Peninsula College.
     
    ABOUT ME:
    Fernandez attended Monterey Peninsula College and is currently getting his bachelor's degree from Fresno State. He enjoys hiking, running, lifting, camping, going to the beach whenever he can and spending time with family.
