Bob Balk Wins Silver at Para Sport World Championships

ST. MORITZ, SWITZERLAND (February 1, 2026) - Bob Balk won Silver in the 2026 Para Sport World Championships today.

In Para Bobsled, Team USA placed as follows:

-2nd place: Bob Balk; 4-run time of 4:55.11

-7th place: Doc Jacobs; 4-run time of 4:56.79

-8th place: Tyler Jeffries; 4-run time of 4:56.89

-11th place: Will Castillo; 4-run time of 4:57.75

-14th place: Gabi Cha; 4-run time of 5:05.80

This World Championships wraps up the 2025/2026 sliding season for Para Bobsled.

Europe Cup

The Europe Cup (EC) tour has come to a close. In the last EC race of the season for Team USA, Lauren Brzozowski placed fourth in Women’s Monobob with a 2-run time of 2:25.44.
