Caleb Campbell began the sport of bobsled in 2008 after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  Campbell lettered three times at Perryton High School in Texas as a football player, and earned four additional varsity letters in basketball and three in track and field.  Campbell moved on to play Defensive Back for Army, and was named to 2007 preseason watch list for the Lott Trophy that is awarded to the nation's defensive player of the year annually.  Campbell was selected as one of four captains to the Army football team in 2007 and was named ECAC Division I-A Football All-Star team in 2005.  He holds seven career double-digit tackle games and appeared in 31 consecutive games before suffering a season-ending knee injury against Tulane in 2006.
