Cheer on Team USA in the Final Two Olympic Bobsled Events

CORTINA, ITALY (February 19, 2026) - Starting tomorrow, Team USA will be back on the ice competing in the final two bobsled competitions of the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. 

2-Woman Bobsled will begin on February 20 and run through February 21:

-Heat 1: February 20 at 6:00 p.m. CET-Heat 2: February 20 at 7:50 p.m. CET-Heat 3: February 21 at 7:00 p.m. CET-Heat 4: February 21 at 9:05 p.m. CET

Team Armbruster Humphries, Team Love, and Team Meyers Taylor will be competing for the USA. 

Kaillie Armbruster Humphries, who secured her fifth Olympic medal, a bronze, in Women’s Monobob earlier this week, will be joined by push athlete Jasmine Jones. Jones, 29, is a Greensburg, PA native who ran track at Eastern Michigan University before transitioning to bobsled in 2019. She has competed in three World Championships and has collected one gold, one silver, and three bronze medals on the World Cup circuit. 

Kaysha Love, who placed seventh in Olympic Women’s Monobob, will be joined by Azaria Hill. The pair were both collegiate track athletes at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas together before Love recruited Hill to bobsled. Hill, 27, from Santa Clarita, CA, started sliding in 2023 and has since collected one silver and one bronze World Cup medal. She also competed in the 2024 World Championships.

Elana Meyers Taylor, who just won her first-ever Olympic gold medal in Women’s Monobob, marking her sixth Olympic medal overall, will be joined by 23-year-old Jadin O’Brien from Pewaukee, WI. O’Brien was a highly decorated collegiate track and field athlete at Notre Dame before being recruited to bobsled by Meyers Taylor. She took her first bobsled ride in October 2025 and has spent the 2025–26 sliding season competing on the World Cup circuit. 

All three push athletes will be making their Olympic debut in these Games.

4-Man Bobsled will begin on February 21 and run through February 22:

-Heat 1: February 21 at 10:00 a.m. CET

-Heat 2: February 21 at 11:57 a.m. CET-Heat 3: February 22 at 10:00 a.m. CET-Heat 4: February 22 at 12:15 p.m. CET

Team Del Duca and Team Horn will be competing for Team USA in 4-Man Bobsled.

Pilot Frank Del Duca and push athlete Josh Williamson, who placed fourth in 2-Man Bobsled, Team USA’s best Olympic finish in the event since 2014, will be joined by first-time Olympians Boone Niederhofer and Bryan Sosoo in the sled. Niederhofer, 32, from Midland, TX, is a former football player from Texas A&M. He began his bobsled career in 2019 and competed in the 2025 World Championships. Sosoo, 29, from Laurel, MD, comes from a track and field background. He competed in his first bobsled race in 2025.

Team Horn will be comprised of pilot Kris Horn, a two-time Olympian, and push athletes Carsten Vissering, Hunter Powell, and Caleb Furnell. Horn competed as a push athlete in the 2022 Games before transitioning to piloting. The 31-year-old from Pembroke, MA has competed in four World Championships and has slid on the World Cup circuit for five seasons. He was a decathlete at the University of Massachusetts before transitioning to bobsled in 2018. Vissering, 28, is from Bethesda, MD. A former Division I swimmer at USC, he transitioned to bobsled in 2022 and has competed in two World Championships. Powell, 29, from Fort Collins, CO, has a background in track and field and was recruited to bobsled in 2024. He competed in the 2025 World Championships. Completing the team is 24-year-old Caleb Furnell from Lee’s Summit, MO. A track athlete before becoming a bobsledder, Furnell began competing in 2025. 

“Our athletes, especially the push athletes, are fired up to compete this weekend. Being one of the final events of the Games isn’t easy, but this team has stayed locked in, trained relentlessly, and they’re ready to perform when it matters most,” shared USA Bobsled Head Coach Chris Fogt about the final races of the Games for Team USA Bobsled.
